Hola, I'm Gabriela Vega!
I’m a Mexican-American children’s book illustrator based in Southern California. I create warm, playful illustrations inspired by my cultural heritage, everyday childhood moments, and a love for storytelling.
As a proud Latina artist, I’m passionate about creating inclusive artwork that helps children see themselves reflected in the stories they read. Alongside my illustration work, I’m also pursuing a career in education, where my passion for teaching and working with students continues to inspire my creative process.
