Hola, I'm Gabriela Vega!
I'm a Mexican-American children's book illustrator based in Southern California. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BFA in Illustration. As a Latina artist, I have felt encouraged to create art that explores a sense of my culture and have made it my goal to represent underrepresented voices in my work. When I'm not illustrating, I enjoy spending time with my dog Mumu, working out, and drawing in my sketchbook.
